Welcome to the Classroom Fix-It web site. This site is designed to assist in the smooth communication of classroom facility needs to the Physical Plant. The facility professionals in Maintenance Services want to be responsive to the needs of faculty and students in the classroom environment. We understand that adequate lighting, seating, space temperature, noise, and other items are important to a positive education experience at Western Michigan University.
If you have a Maintenance problem such as, no power, safety hazard such as exposed wires, room security - lock not functional, noisy heating unit, water flooding the classroom, space temperature outside of the University temperature policy, or anything that cannot wait more than a day, please use Bronco Fix-It.
Our Service Center will prioritize the issues and work with the Maintenance Shops to expedite the repairs. When you provide your email on the form, we will send you email updates when we process your request and when the work is completed. If you have any questions, you can always contact our Service Center (7-8514) and they can follow-up with any questions you may have.

Key and Core Needs (Public Safety) |
• To have a locked room open, contact the building
coordinator/supervisor between 8-5, or DPS at 387-5555 Physical Plant or DPS staff will be dispatched. • Request a key or core change, you will need to contact the building coordinator/supervisor. Additionally, you will need to fill out two copies of the Key and Core Request Form and fax it over to the Department of Public Safety at (269) 387-6406, or mail it to:
